Head of Sales and Business Development

We are seeking a Head of Sales and Business Development to join our team at MacGregor Black.
As a senior sales leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share in the wine industry.
You will lead and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs, while cultivating strong relationships with key clients and partners.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales success, with a passion for premium products and a commitment to excellence.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £90,000 per annum, plus bonus and benefits, as well as a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where your skills and expertise will make a significant impact on our business.
This is a permanent role requiring regular time at our London Head Office.
