Learning Disabilities Teacher Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant to work with pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a school based in Thornbury. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with complex educational, medical, and behavioural needs.
Responsibilities
• Building trusting relationships with pupils
• Supervising pupils with SEND
• Promoting inclusion and acceptance
• Supporting pupils with computer technology
About the School
The school caters for learners aged 2 – 19 with severe learning disabilities (SLD) or profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD), as well as autistic spectrum conditions, hearing/visual impairments, or physical disabilities. A salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum is offered, along with opportunities for further development and a range of benefits.
