Support Worker for Learning Disabilities

1st Homecare is seeking an experienced Relief Support Worker to provide support to individuals with learning disabilities, mental health conditions, and complex needs in our 24-hour registered residential home.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with daily living tasks, promoting social and personal skills development, and facilitating community activities.
Key Skills:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of learning disabilities and mental health conditions
We offer a competitive salary of £11.44 per hour, accredited training, and a range of benefits including 28 days paid holiday (pro-rata for part-time staff), pension scheme, and Employee Assistance Programme.
