Support Worker for Adults with Learning Disabilities

We are seeking a skilled Support Worker to join our team at Trident Group – UK. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing care and support to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
Our care home in Moseley provides a registered care service for 6 adults with learning and/or physical disabilities and Autism. Your role will be to deliver an outstanding service that enhances the lives of our customers, ensuring their wishes and decisions are respected.
You will need to have excellent written and spoken communication skills, including effective skills to support people who are non-verbal and use alternative methods to communicate.
Experience of supporting adults with challenging behaviour is essential, as well as demonstrating resilience whilst at work. The ideal candidate will be able to build meaningful relationships with our customers and have a willingness to develop their career in supporting people with complex needs.
We offer a competitive salary of £12.05 per hour and a range of benefits, including training opportunities and career development.
