We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team at Outcomes First Group, where you will play a vital role in supporting adults with complex needs.

Job Overview

In this challenging and rewarding role, you will work closely with our staff and services to provide high-quality support and care to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, and other complex needs.

About the Role
  • Prepare and deliver individualized education and learning plans, incorporating activities that promote social, emotional, and physical well-being.
  • Facilitate classroom activities, leading hands-on sessions and supervising students during lessons.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and colleagues.
  • Contribute to creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment that promotes personal growth and development.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Teaching Assistance or a related field.
  • Experience working with adults with complex needs, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse situations.
  • A passion for delivering person-centered care and education, with a focus on promoting independence and autonomy.
