Job Description

This role involves working as a Care Assistant for Adults with Complex Needs, providing one-to-one support to individuals with mental health challenges.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support, promoting independence and autonomy, and encouraging service users to engage in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver person-centred care and support to adults with complex needs.
  • Develop and implement individualised care plans that meet the unique needs of each service user.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care and support.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a caring environment is highly desirable.
  • Able to work flexibly, including days, evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling effective engagement with service users.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.

Estimated Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience).
