We are seeking a Speech Therapist to join our clinical team, working with adults who have developmental trauma, autism, ADHD, and complex needs. Our goal is to improve their quality of life by providing bespoke assessment and intervention plans.

As a member of our clinical division, you will implement a holistic therapeutic approach to support our adults in their daily lives, ensuring they are safe, comfortable, and healthy. This includes carrying out individual assessments and interventions, preparing relevant documentation, and providing information and training to staff and other agencies.

The ideal candidate will have a recognized degree in Speech and Language Therapy, be registered with the HCPC and RCOT, and have experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities. A sensory integration qualification is desirable but not essential.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care and support. We offer a competitive salary of up to £53,200 per annum, plus a £3000 welcome bonus, and a range of benefits including a £2000 training allowance and flexible working arrangements.
