Complex Needs Nurse Leader

We are seeking a Complex Needs Nurse Leader to join our passionate team and help those with complex mental health conditions live their best life.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for taking overall responsibility for the nursing residents receive, through nursing assessments and care planning. This will involve acting as Primary Nurse, updating care plans daily, and contributing towards multidisciplinary working, risk assessment management, and on-going clinical improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing leadership and guidance to nursing staff to deliver high-quality patient care
- Developing and implementing effective care plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Liaising with multidisciplinary teams and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitoring and developing the performance of support workers to achieve exceptional patient outcomes
