About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Otterburn care home in Birmingham. As a Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality person-centred nursing care to adults living with complex care and health needs.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing, planning, and providing individualised nursing care to meet the unique needs of our residents
  • Safely administering medication and promoting health and wellbeing
  • Leading by example and mentoring colleagues to ensure excellence in care delivery
  • Managing challenging situations and behaviours of concern
  • Promoting choice, dignity, independence, and respect for all individuals
