Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Acuity Care Group Limited. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of complex home care services in the West Midlands region. This is a field-based role that requires regular travel across the region, as well as working from home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To support the Mobilisation Nurse with the set-up of services for new clients, as assigned by the Deputy Nurse Manager and Clinical Nurse Manager
  • The ongoing maintenance of services for existing clients, ensuring ongoing high standards of care and safety are constantly achieved
  • Reporting directly to the Clinical Nurse Manager and working collaboratively with Complex Care Managers (CCMs), ICBs, other professional bodies and key team members in the organisation

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience working in Intensive Care Units (ICU), spinal care units, or with complex care patients
  • Ability to provide specialised care and manage complex cases, including advanced procedures and multi-disciplinary interventions
  • Strong organisational skills with the capability to effectively schedule and manage appointments, patient visits, and other professional commitments independently
