About Our Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a talented Classroom Support Professional to join our team at CV-Library. As a Primary Education Specialist, you will work closely with teachers to support students in the classroom and take on teaching responsibilities when needed.

This role requires the ability to deliver high-quality lessons across various age groups, with a focus on supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist teachers with daily classroom activities and learning support
  • Deliver pre-planned lessons when teachers are absent, ensuring continuity in students' learning
  • Work across all primary year groups with flexibility and confidence
  • Provide additional support for SEND pupils, adapting resources and strategies to meet individual needs

Requirements:

  • Qualified Higher Level Teaching Assistant with relevant certification
  • Proven experience working with SEND pupils
  • Ability to manage diverse classroom dynamics across all year groups

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to build strong relationships with staff, parents, and children.
