Individual Contributor Growth Leader

We are seeking an Individual Contributor Growth Leader to join our team in the UK or Germany. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead business development efforts to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including CTOs, CPOs, and VP of Engineering.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sales initiatives and drive revenue growth.
Qualifications:
- BE/MBA with at least 12-15 years of experience in engineering services sales.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a focus on business development and revenue growth.
Salary Package:
$180,000 - $250,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications.
