About the Role

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our business development efforts in the Medical Devices/Med Tech/Medical Equipment Manufacturer sector. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end business development pursuits, account mining, and new logo creations.


About You

You will have at least 12-15 years of experience selling 'Engineering services' in Medical Devices to Fortune 500 customers. You should have handled a portfolio of accounts and above, with a strong track record of acquiring new customer logos and managing the growth of existing clients.


Key Responsibilities
  • Driving end-to-end business development pursuit as an individual contributor.
  • Account mining, supersizing for existing accounts, and new logo creations (both farming and hunting roles)
  • Responsible for coordinating sales efforts across a cross-functional team mapping and interacting with CTOs, CPOs, VP of Engineering, and R&D stakeholders
  • Identifying prospects, and qualifying for new opportunities.
