Engineering Business Development Manager

We are seeking an accomplished Engineering Business Development Manager to drive end-to-end business development pursuits as an individual contributor. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of acquiring new customer logos and managing the growth of existing clients with excellent negotiation skills, including advanced sales knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end business development pursuit as an individual contributor.
- Account mining, supersizing for existing accounts, and new logo creations (both farming and hunting roles).
- Coordinate sales efforts across a cross-functional team mapping and interacting with CTOs, CPOs, VP of Engineering, and R&D stakeholders.
- Identify prospects, and qualify for new opportunities.
Requirements:
- BE/MBA with at least 12-15 years selling 'Engineering services' in Medical Devices to Fortune 500 customers.
- Strong experience handling a portfolio of accounts and above, delivering services, and growing existing clients.
Salary Range:
$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications.

UK/Germany.
