Job Overview

We are seeking a Strategic Growth Leader to join our team at Impatient Health. As a key member of our consulting practice, you will work closely with our Head of Consulting to build a broad portfolio of work and drive growth through strategic partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in strategy or management consulting within the life sciences industry. Strong references in Medical Affairs, Digital Strategy, or Patient Engagement are a plus.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working directly with the Head of Consulting to develop and execute business growth strategies
  • Leading client meetings, proposals, and debriefs, including presenting at meetings and writing thought leadership pieces
  • Building relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners to drive business development initiatives
  • Oversseeing the creation of proposals and other business development materials
