Medical Devices Account Director

We are seeking an experienced Medical Devices Account Director to join our team as a key player in driving end-to-end business development pursuit.
Your primary focus will be on account mining, supersizing for existing accounts, and new logo creations. This includes identifying prospects, qualifying for new opportunities, and coordinating sales efforts across a cross-functional team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in acquiring new customer logos and managing the growth of existing clients with strong negotiation skills, including advanced sales knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end business development pursuit as an individual contributor.
- Account mining, supersizing for existing accounts, and new logo creations.
- Coordinate sales efforts across a cross-functional team mapping and interacting with CTOs, CPOs, VP of Engineering, and R&D stakeholders.
- Identify prospects and qualify for new opportunities.
Requirements:
- BE/MBA with at least 12-15 years selling 'Engineering services' in Medical Devices to Fortune 500 customers.
- Experience handling a portfolio of accounts and above, delivering services, and managing client relationships.
- Strong negotiation skills and advanced sales knowledge.
