Device Promotions Executive

This Device Promotions Executive position offers an exciting opportunity to promote innovative Laparoscopic medical devices to key stakeholders in secondary care.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical devices sales and a keen interest in clinical procedures and product knowledge.
Main Responsibilities:
- Highlight MedTech products to key stakeholders and drive sales growth.
- Manage your own territory, identifying opportunities and developing plans to capture market share.
- Build lasting relationships with customers, understanding needs and presenting solutions that highlight our brand's value.
- Stay ahead of the competition by promoting latest technologies and innovations.
- Analyse data and account strategies to understand customer needs and drive sales initiatives.
Required Skills:
- Influential Communication: Strong skills in influencing and consulting with customers, building trust and partnerships.
- Sales Expertise: Prior experience in medical devices sales, alongside a good understanding and hands-on experience around how theatres operate. Previous experience with laparoscopic devices is preferred.
- Product Knowledge: A keen interest or experience in clinical procedures and product knowledge.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with our sales tools to effectively manage and track progress.
