Job Title: Executive Sales Development Manager
At Randstad UK, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Sales Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our reach in the education sector.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets
- Identify and engage potential clients, including schools, educational institutions, and individual families
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the education or services sector
- Strong understanding of the North West market, with a network of contacts in the education sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to analyse data and generate sales reports
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
