Sales Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Services Sales Executive to drive sales growth and build strong relationships with existing clients.
About the Role- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Growth: Identify and target potential clients through various channels, such as cold calling, email marketing, and networking events.
- Client Engagement: Understand client needs and develop customized solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our IT services.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of services to clients.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in IT services sales, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and develop customized solutions.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
- Good knowledge of IT services and solutions.
- Experience in using CRM software and sales tools.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
