A highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Development Executive is required to join the Stirling Warrington team. This role will be responsible for driving sales growth and expansion within the assigned region.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
- Proactively target new merchant and distributor accounts to expand the company's presence in the region.
- Conduct regular customer calls, analyzing data to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
**Requirements:**
- At least 2 years of experience in external sales, preferably in the building materials sector.
- Possession of a consultative sales approach with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Able to work independently, managing time effectively to meet sales targets.
- Proficient in data analysis and CRM system usage.
**Estimated Salary:** £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
