About the Role:
We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the EMEA and APAC regions. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing sales teams and developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that targets both end customers and channel partners.
- New Customer Acquisition: Identify and approach new customers in EMEA and APAC.
- Channel Partner Management: Recruit and onboard channel partners, and provide training and support to ensure effective selling of our solution.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with end customers, resellers, distributors, and system integrators.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze partner and customer performance, providing feedback and guidance to optimize results.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on both direct and channel sales in the SaaS industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
