Regional Sales Developer

As a Regional Sales Developer at Hireful, you will be responsible for identifying and developing relationships with clients in the North East region. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a remote/field sales basis, covering the entire North East of England. Your primary responsibility will be to understand client requirements, produce quotations, and manage competitive tendering processes. You will work closely with our sales coordinators to receive qualified leads and appointments, which you will drive the selling for. Additionally, you will proactively develop leads yourself while managing existing accounts. The role involves traveling to meet clients and pitching services and products they are interested in, understanding their buying motivations, upselling if appropriate, and closing deals. You will also conduct regular service reviews and check-ins. The product specifications are often technical, so being a fast learner is key. A background in scientific fields is advantageous but not essential. Key responsibilities include: * Identifying and developing relationships with clients in the North East region. * Producing quotations and managing competitive tendering processes. * Working closely with sales coordinators to receive qualified leads and appointments. * Driving the selling process for received leads and appointments. * Proactively developing new leads and managing existing accounts. Benefits include: * A competitive salary of up to £35,000 per annum. * A generous commission structure with uncapped OTE of £45K. * A company car with fuel card. * 30 days' annual leave (increasing to 33 days for loyalty service). * A yearly bonus paid every January. * Company pension contributions of 5% of salary. Requirements include: * Fully qualified UK/EU driving licence. * Experience in B2B sales and pitching to clients face-to-face. * Ability to learn technical product specifications quickly. * Background in scientific fields is advantageous but not essential.
