Regional Sales Director

Job Summary
Ernest Gordon Recruitment seeks a seasoned Sales Manager to drive new business in the Yorkshire and Northeast regions. As a Sales Manager, you will work closely with the sales director to develop new opportunities and manage existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive new business growth through account development and lead generation
• Collaborate with the sales director to develop sales strategies and tactics
• Build and maintain relationships with clients across the Yorkshire and Northeast regions
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Travel to client sites and trade shows as needed
Requirements:
• Proven track record of success in lighting sales
• Experience developing new business and managing accounts
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel extensively throughout Yorkshire and the Northeast
Benefits:
• Competitive salary: £40,000 - £45,000 (OTE: £80k+) + progression opportunities + product training + company car
