About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Business Development Head to join our team at NoviSign Digital Signage.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, with a strong focus on developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy targeting end customers and channel partners in EMEA & APAC
  • Identify and approach new customers, as well as recruit and onboard channel partners
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, resellers, distributors, and system integrators
  • Collaborate with partners and customers to develop joint business plans and sales strategies
  • Provide training and support to partners to ensure effective selling of our solution
  • Monitor and analyze partner and customer performance, providing feedback and guidance to optimize results

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
  • 3+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a focus on direct and channel sales in the SaaS industry
  • Proven track record of successfully managing sales efforts in EMEA and APAC regions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
  • Willingness to travel as needed across EMEA and APAC regions
