Job Summary

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Head of Commercial to lead our commercial operations and drive business growth. If you have a proven track record in managing complex contracts and negotiating high-value deals, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering strategic plans, budgets, forecasts, and a five-year growth roadmap. You will work closely with our Directors to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and drive profitability across the business unit.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth.
  • Manage complex contracts, negotiate high-value deals, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects, improve processes, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Analyse financial data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive business success.
  • Monitor market changes, adapt our approach, and ensure we remain competitive in the industry.

Requirements

We're looking for an experienced commercial professional with:

  • A proven track record in similar senior commercial roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to review and analyse complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and implementing process improvements.
