We are a dynamic construction company based in the North of England, seeking a passionate and influential Health, Safety and Wellbeing leader to join our team. As the Head of Health, Safety and Wellbeing (North), you will be responsible for reducing HS&W risk and creating positive working environments across the Northern area.

  • This role requires a Chartered member of IOSH with extensive experience in leading HS&W improvement initiatives, driving successful results and outcomes.
  • You will lead a team of HS&W professionals, influencing and developing policies and procedures to achieve industry-leading HS&W performance.

Our ideal candidate has excellent communication and influencing skills, a sound understanding of behavioural psychology and human factors, and experience of providing highly technical H&S support to complex Construction or Civil Engineering projects.
