Job OverviewThis is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated sales professional to join our team as a Sales Development Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for consistently delivering sales targets across the UK, proactively developing and nurturing sales leads, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Drive sales growth across the UK by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Develop and nurture existing sales leads to maximize revenue potential.
- Work closely with the Pre-Sales Team to take leads from the initial stage and develop them into saleable opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage key accounts and generate additional business through strategic planning and execution.
- Presentation of solutions to current and prospective customers to drive sales growth.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong track record of sales achievement in a similar industry or sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- A deep understanding of the UK market and sales landscape, with knowledge of industry trends and competitor activity.
- The ability to travel extensively throughout the UK, with a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
