Reeson Education is currently recruiting for an experienced Mental Health Support Worker to join their team of professionals. This long-term, full-time opportunity will be based in a SEMH school in Barking and Dagenham.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience supporting students with SEN, mental health, and/or challenging behaviour. Key responsibilities include risk assessing and following instructions, building rapport with individual pupils, and providing pastoral support and emotional guidance as a positive role model.

As a key member of the teaching staff, you will work closely with the teacher to deliver learning objectives for lessons, using resources to help each student understand and engage in lessons.
