Job Description:
This role involves working closely with trained professionals, including Psychologists and Therapists, to support the social skills, emotional wellbeing, and mental health of the students within our school. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a related field or experience working with young people. They will need to be resilient and have an open mind to support the mental health challenges of the children.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective support plans for students. Provide one-to-one and group support to students, focusing on building their social skills, emotional wellbeing and mental health. Contribute to the development and implementation of restorative practice strategies to promote positive behavior and reduce conflict. Shadow experienced professionals to gain insights into best practices and expand your skill set.

Requirements:
A degree in a related field or equivalent experience working with young people. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with a team of professionals. Adaptability, flexibility and the ability to manage challenging situations effectively.
