Your Responsibilities
This role involves providing 1:1 and group support to young people with special educational, social, and emotional difficulties. You will work closely with professionals such as educational psychologists or physiotherapists to develop effective strategies for supporting learners. By establishing strong relationships with students, you will identify and address their individual needs and concerns. To ensure optimal pupil progress and achievement, you will design, implement, and evaluate bespoke programmes to foster social, emotional, and behavioural development. Additionally, you will maintain a positive influence by modeling socially acceptable behaviour and teaching children essential life skills.
