Kidlington-based Kingston Noble is seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to join their dedicated team as a Youth Services Supervisor.

About the Job:
  • Support a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and services to children and young people.
  • Assist in the implementation of care plans and ensure that the service meets the needs of each child.
  • Contribute to the day-to-day running of the home, including hands-on care and support.

As a Youth Services Supervisor at Kingston Noble, you will be responsible for supporting a team of care staff, assisting in the implementation of care plans, and contributing to the day-to-day running of the home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and services to children and young people.
  • Assisting in the implementation of care plans and ensuring that the service meets the needs of each child.
  • Contributing to the day-to-day running of the home, including hands-on care and support.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD).
  • NVQ Level 3 in Children & Young People or equivalent (or willingness to work towards it).
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection policies.
  • A genuine commitment to improving the lives of vulnerable children.
