Support Worker Lead for Emotional and Behavioural Disabilities

This is an exciting opportunity to join SCR social care as a Senior Support Worker, where you will lead a team to deliver exceptional care to young people with emotional and behavioural disabilities.
About the RoleYou will be responsible for supervising a team of support workers and ensuring that high standards of care are consistently met. The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire their team members.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of support workers to deliver high-quality care
- Develop and implement effective care plans to meet individual needs
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care delivered
- NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare
- Proven experience working with young people with Autism, Learning Difficulties, and Complex Needs
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Competitive salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum
