**Job Role:** Behavioural Support Worker

**Location:** Bristol

**Salary Range:** £60 - £90 per day

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic behavioural support worker to join our team and provide specialist support to pupils with social, emotional, and mental health needs. As a behavioural support worker, you will play a critical role in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes the well-being and academic success of our students.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 qualification in a relevant field, such as education or child development, and experience working with children who require additional support. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.

In this role, you will provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential. You will also contribute to the development of behaviour management strategies and participate in regular team meetings to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
