Behavioural Support Worker

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Behavioural Support Worker.
In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop tailored support plans for pupils.
- Provide one-to-one support and small group interventions to promote positive behaviour and academic progress.
- Contribute to the creation of a safe, supportive learning environment.
