Job Title: Year 2 Behavioural Support Worker

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Behavioural Support Worker to join our team at a dynamic C of E primary school in Widnes. As a key member of our support team, you will work closely with teachers and other staff members to provide 1:1 support to a Year 2 child with complex behaviour and personal care needs.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of the child's progress and well-being

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children with behaviour and personal care needs is essential
  • Prior experience working in a primary school setting is highly desirable
