Job Title:

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and empathetic Learning Disability Support Worker to join our team at TimePlan Education. As a Learning Disability Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to students with diverse needs, including ASD, ADHD, and other learning disabilities.

About the Position:

  • You will assist students in achieving their individual EHCP targets through dedicated 1:1 and group support.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement behaviour management strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress, behaviour, and development.

The Perfect Candidate:

  • Must have relevant experience working with individuals with special educational needs.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to utilize tools like Makaton, PECS, or other communication aids.
  • Flexible and patient approach when working with students who present challenging behaviours.

Compensation and Perks:

The estimated daily rate for this role is £90-110, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will receive full refund of DBS if applied through us and have worked with us for just 20 days.
