Adult Support Role

The Learning Disability Worker role is designed to provide person-centred support, enhancing experience and developing life skills. As a member of the Adult Support Team, you will work closely with adults who have learning disabilities and complex needs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing one-to-one support and encouragement to service users
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as cooking and cleaning
