Children's Support Worker

At Staffing Centre, we are proud to be working in partnership with a leading Children's Home that requires 2 Night Care Support Mentors/Workers. The role involves supporting children and young people aged 8-17 years who have challenging and emotional behavioural difficulties.
Your New RoleYou will be working on a 1-to-1 and group basis to support the young people, taking an approach to ensure their needs are met. This may involve general household duties and providing emotional support. A full UK driving license is required, as well as at least 6 months of experience within a children's or young people's environment.
- A competitive salary package (approximately £24,000 - £28,000 per annum) includes 28 days annual leave, free training and DBS, strong career progression, and ongoing mentoring and support.
- The residential child care setting provides a safe, resilient, caring, and homely environment for the young people to develop and learn life skills.
