About the Role

As a Senior Support Worker with our client's national children's provider, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and nurturing environment for young people to thrive. This is a permanent full-time position with varied shift patterns, including weekdays, weekends, long days, and overnight stays.

You will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals who share your passion for supporting vulnerable young individuals. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to young people with emotional, behavioural, and social difficulties.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with young people, families, and colleagues.
  • Contribute to a safe and nurturing environment, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Experience working with children and young people, preferably in a residential setting.
  • A Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare or equivalent.
  • A valid Full UK driving licence (preferred).

The estimated annual salary for this position is around £25,600 based on a 40-hour workweek at £12.50 per hour.
