  • To act as a key worker, taking responsibility for a small number of young people and ensuring their needs are fully met.
  • To provide guidance, advice, and support on a one-to-one basis, helping young people overcome past and present challenges.

**What We Offer:**

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide comprehensive training and development opportunities, ensuring you have the skills and confidence to excel in your role.
