Children Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Children's Support Worker to join our team at 4Recruitment Services. The successful candidate will work with children who require care and support, ensuring their needs are met and they receive the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the development, implementation, and monitoring of individualised care plans for children
- Provide emotional and practical support to children, promoting their well-being and encouraging positive behaviour
- Maintain accurate records and reports on child progress, ensuring effective communication with colleagues and other professionals
- Support children in maintaining good attendance at school and encourage their social skills development
- Promote a safe and healthy environment within the home, protecting children from harm
Requirements:
- Relevant qualification or experience in childcare or a related field
- Extensive experience working directly with children with emotional and behavioural difficulties
- Able to develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and other stakeholders
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £15 - £16 per hour, depending on location and experience.
