Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Learning Support Professional for Children with Autism to join our team at NYKays Recruitment Ltd. As a Learning Support Professional, you will play a critical role in supporting children with Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a school setting.

About the Job:

  • Working closely with teachers and other staff members to develop and implement personalized support plans for students with ASD.
  • Providing one-on-one support to students with ASD, helping them to achieve their educational and social goals.
  • Maintaining accurate records of student progress and adapting support strategies as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 months experience working with children with special needs, particularly those with ASD.
  • A commitment to working with children with special educational needs.
  • Ability to manage confrontation and challenging behavior.

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children with autism.
