Job Title: Residential Support Worker
Location: Preston, North West
Working Hours: Full-time shifts plus sleeps
Salary: £24,750 per annum (pro-rata) + £55 per sleep
Essential Requirements: Driving Licence
This care service is seeking dedicated individuals to provide support and care to children and young people in residential homes.
The successful candidate will promote a positive and safe environment for all young people within the home while implementing individual care plans as directed by the Registered Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a supportive living environment for the children and young people.
- Implement individual care plans and provide ongoing support.
- Enable young people to participate in activities and events in the community.
- Support young people to become independent in areas such as finances and appointments.

With a strong focus on supporting vulnerable youth, this role requires at least 1 year of experience working with children and young people who exhibit emotional behavioural difficulties.
