Join Our Team - Lead An Inspiring Young People's Home

Role Overview:

We are recruiting a dedicated and passionate leader to oversee our 8-bedded Children's Home in Wiltshire, UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a secure, nurturing environment where young people can recover and grow.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in leadership roles within residential children's services, and hold relevant qualifications such as a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare.

As Registered Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the home, work closely with clinical teams, and maintain compliance with Ofsted regulations.

Key Benefits:

  1. Bonuses: 10% annual salary bonus, ţ2,500 on-call bonus (approx. 10 weekends per year), and attendance allowance of ţ1,400.
  2. Long-Term Incentive Plan: 30% of salary accrued annually as a bonus, paid as a future lump sum.
