Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Children's Home Manager to lead our 4-bed home, providing a structured and safe environment for young people to transition towards independent living.

Key Responsibilities
  • Home Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring full compliance with Children's Homes Regulations and National Minimum Standards.
  • Care Delivery: Plan and deliver high-quality care, focusing on emotional support, safety, and development.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and motivate staff, fostering effective teamwork and encouraging personal growth.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain and monitor the highest care standards, meeting Ofsted requirements.
  • Communication & Partnership: Collaborate with young people, families, and external agencies to address individual needs.
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure the home adheres to Health and Safety policies, creating a secure and supportive environment.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year as a Registered Manager with a successful track record in the Ofsted inspection process.
  • Dedication: A passion for helping young people thrive in a structured, supportive environment.
