Job Summary:
A dynamic and supportive leadership role is available at SMarter Recruitment for a seasoned professional to take on the position of Children's Home Deputy Manager. As part of our dedicated team, you will be responsible for leading a talented group of individuals, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring the highest standards of care are met.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with exceptional management skills and experience in residential childcare to join our organization. The successful candidate will lead a team, manage rotas, develop and implement care plans, conduct regular supervisions, and oversee home maintenance. In addition to their management responsibilities, they will also contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of experienced professionals in delivering high-quality care
- Develop and implement effective care plans that cater to individual resident needs
- Conduct regular supervisions to ensure staff are meeting expectations
- Oversee home maintenance to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment
- Manage rotas to ensure adequate staffing levels

What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary range of £36,000 - £39,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a sleep-in rate of £55.00 per hour. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including a full attendance bonus, Ofsted bonus, employee recognition program, training opportunities, and more.
