About the School
A welcoming primary school in North London is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Emotional Needs Educator to provide 1:1 support for a young boy in their Reception class. This role is ideal for someone experienced in supporting children with high emotional needs and passionate about creating a positive, inclusive learning environment.

Role Overview
This position involves offering tailored 1:1 support to a Reception pupil, helping to manage high emotional needs and build confidence in the classroom. You will develop and implement strategies to assist with emotional regulation and promote positive behaviours, while collaborating with the class teacher and SEN team to create a nurturing and supportive learning plan for the child.

Key Responsibilities
• Offer tailored 1:1 support to a Reception pupil, helping to manage high emotional needs and build confidence in the classroom
• Develop and implement strategies to assist with emotional regulation and promote positive behaviours
• Collaborate with the class teacher and SEN team to create a nurturing and supportive learning plan for the child
• Encourage the child's participation in group activities, ensuring they feel included and supported in all aspects of school life
• Step in to support the wider class when required, contributing to a positive and productive learning environment

Salary and Benefits
