About the Role:
Reporting to the Hotel General Manager, the Talent & Culture Manager will provide expert HR guidance to managers and employees, develop and implement effective talent management strategies, and ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of HR principles, and a proven track record in talent management and employee relations.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development within the Accor Hotels group.
