An attractive salary package in the range of €80,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Talent and Culture Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources and talent management across the organization.

  1. Organize and administer T&C administration & HR planning for all departments of the Hotel.
  2. Compile and adhere to financial budgets within payroll.
  3. Monitor and maintain all administrative affairs within the T&C department.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • A Master's degree or MBA in Human Resources or Organizational Development is preferred.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven experience in the hospitality industry, ideally with luxury or upscale hotel brands.
