You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain and engage top talent. Your focus will be on creating a positive and inclusive culture that drives business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to meet business objectives
- Creating and managing employee value proposition (EVP) to enhance employer brand
- Collaborating with senior stakeholders to drive organisational change and transformation
Requirements:
- CIPD qualification (minimum level 5) or equivalent experience
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in a non-profit organisation
- Proven track record in talent management and organisational development
